0/0 Definitely the worst stay at the hotel ever in our life. Coming to the lobby you can feel that it is a shady place. We came to the lobby around 5 am due to early plane etc. Wanted to rest a bit since it was dark outside and everything was closed. Fat guy in the lobby shout to everyone that we can sit but can't sleep. The worst experience ever. They should pay me to stay in this place not the other way. I'm suprised that booking.com is allowing such dangerous places to operate on their site. Once checked in and go to the room felt dissapointed as rooms are far from what you can see on the pictures so beware. Cleaningness of the room are also neglected, lots of dust, even on the windows. Bathroom keeps the water all around so every time you want to use the toilet you need to step into big paddle. Atmosphere in the hotel feels like from good thriller/horror movie. Corridors are very dark, lights are very dimmed. Elevator always dirty. Never felt safe. Additionally in the hotel there is a lot of man that doesn't look like a tourists or backpackers (as those are almost invisible in the place). They seemed to be a permanent tenants and some gangsters. Watch out and beware of them. We felt very unsafe. We stay for 5 nights, the worst happened when someone started to visiting the room during our absence - aprroximately 2-3 times. First someone plugged TV to power outlet when previously it was off. After that someone wrote something on the glass of the window. Third time someone uninstall the lock on the door and install it incorrectly. During our last night we didn't slept well, almost no sleep at all. We barricade the doors with bed and suitcases. At 6 am next morning someone banged the door loudly. Cleaners that walk around the corridors doesn't make you feel safer as they look as shady as the whole place. This place is a death trap and better stay away if you value your life. Place charge a 10 MYR extra per night as tourist tax.

Great location, rooms were nice and has a good social area by the reception if you want to use it. Wifi was also good.

Terrible experience. My advanced booking was cancelled a day before I arrive because I was planning to pay at the property & there was a marathon event which had booked out single rooms. As a compromise I was only given a night stay.

“Great stay for a few nights”

Beds very comfy, in a great location in the centre of china town. Shower and female only dorm was great for a few nights. Wifi was very strong

Been here many times...no regrets

Been staying here many many times... nearby train and bus station and Chinatown... plentiful varieties of souvenirs to bargain and food

Has been here dozen times... perfect in many ways...
