I told them that I was stuck in traffic and felt extremely exhausted. I only arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. The hotel upgraded my room to a loft, which was spacious and very comfortable! I felt truly grateful. The room was clean, and the atmosphere was so peaceful, it felt like staying in a five-star hotel.

Located next to an unbusy mall. Love it! The hotel was not busy too. Really a relaxing stay! The staffs were really helpful. As the phone in my room was not working, I reached out to their worker who was cleaning the other room. He helped me to inform the room service. I ordered nasi lemak for room service. It was delicious!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Melina Inside Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. We were especially grateful when they allowed us a late check-out after we missed our flight. Their understanding and flexibility turned a very stressful situation into a much easier one for us. The manager was an amazing woman who went above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and cared for. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The room was always spotless. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff, who did a fantastic job every day. Our room was consistently clean and tidy, the beds were beautifully made, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. We also loved being able to borrow bicycles and explore Kuala Lumpur that way. It was one of the highlights of our trip and such a fun experience. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunshine and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—honestly, almost too good! We looked forward to every meal and enjoyed everything we tried. Overall, this was one of the best stays of our trip. Clean rooms, amazing food, wonderful staff, great facilities, and genuine hospitality. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Located next to train station. Mall below is big and has many lunch and dinner choices. Has Supermarket and other amenities. Bed comfortable and room clean.

Pool was great

The stay is considered as pleasant. However there is an issue with the water heater. The water heater is difficult to control the heat level that i want.

Perfect ahead of going to the airport Cheaper to book two nights than pay for an extended check out Lovely pool Breakfast plentiful, if not insanely loud and strange music

“Serious problem of handling guest safety and security”

We were shocked that the connecting door to the next room was opened from the other side at 2am while we were at sleep. We thought they were killers or burglars broke in to kidnap or kill or rob us. We shouted so loud and they somehow backed off. We called the front desk and asked for help. Front desk sent a security guard but to our surprise, the security guard did not come to our room. I called three times and I almost wanted to call the police. Finally the security guard came and locked the connecting door on our room. We could not sleep well the remaining night and the second night as we kept waking up to check if anybody broke into the room. What we were unhappy with how the hotel deal with the incident. The hotel had never offered any explanation as to why the connecting door in our room was opened from the other side. My basic understanding is that the connecting doors can only be opened when both sides open theirs. This is a serious security incident as it happened at 2am and we felt personal safety violated. No apology from the hotel too. To the hotel management, please do something to up the training of your staff on how to handle such security incident.

“Very nice Hotel, close to TBS.”

Just a ten minute car ride from TBS, one of the main Bus hubs. Our room was very clean, modern, the bed was very comfy. Breakfast buffett was good. They even have a Barrista which makes wonderful cappuchino, even with Latte Art!! The pool area was lovely and the gym was alright.
