Everything is good , the host also friendly . The apartment also safe n good . Value for money . Will come again later . But u need to spend a bit extra for booking fee (( will get your money back after checkout))

“Bad service, did not follow what is stated. Do not book this.”
Contacted host a day earlier to get the check in details but host insisted to share by 2.50pm the next day. I informed that I will be driving that time unable to check phone and request to share earlier. Host still insisted not to share. The check in time is 3pm, the host did not want to share the parking and check in details even it is 2.50pm. I and my family has no clue where to wait. I have to park the car outside the guardhouse and wait for the host and no idea what time he/ she will share the details. Host only shared after 3pm which did not follow the rules. Based on the information, the parking details should have shared a day earlier, there is nothing confidential. At least, I and my kids can wait in parking lot instead of at road side. But when it comes to check out, the host seems lost the memory still asking to check out on time. I have no intention to stay any longer but the host should have aware the check in was late. The toilet need to be maintained.

Very complicated every place to use a key card. The host is inconsiderate and unhelpful (kindly please check to your plan destination on google maps | dah 11 lebih. minta check out sekarang ) among the sentences that are not pleasant to hear from the host😔
