1.there no baby cot as per stated there is a baby cot. 2.plss check the airconditioner,during my 2days stay aircond at the living room not cooling 3.the aircond remote controller some doesnt have battery some have battery but the battery doesnt good. 4.plss check all the door knob and door lock every room as my apartment the door knob and lock at the living room toilet didnt function well. Im worried about my kids if they are locked inside. 5.water heater doesnt working. 6.plss upgrade your television because not everybody want to use any gadget(smart phone). 7.plssss check your wifi as my stay at the apartment the wifi range was really poor. I can only detect 1floor1 and 4floor1 i was stay at the 3rd floor. 8.the blanket feels really itchy and not comfortable.

The fridge is broken, we did call them but the guys who fixed the fridge said just wait till the fridge is working. The floor is dusty. The tv only has 1 channel , the sofa is old. The blanket quite old as well made my brothers skin itchy.

The air conditioner in my initial room was working, but it only functioned like a fan, blowing air that wasn’t cold. However, I appreciate that the staff quickly addressed my complaint and changed my room to one with a properly working, cold air conditioner (look at the given photo). Appearance-wise, I loved 2nd hotel room so much! It was aesthetically pleasing and had a charming vibe. The hotel Wi-Fi worked great and was fast. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently surrounded by Coffee Bean, Easy Way, Soon Lee, and a small clothing shop tucked between Easy Way and Soon Lee. There's also a Standard Chartered ATM nearby. The hotel has a large parking area with plenty of spots, so there’s no need to worry about finding a space. Plus, it's free! The sea view was wonderful—I had a room on the 2nd floor, and the view was peaceful and calming. The swimming pool, with a depth of 1m to 1.5m, is perfect and safe for families with kids. I also appreciated the affordable price, especially since I booked through Booking.com, making it even cheaper. Overall, I came to this hotel to swim and relax. I shared my feedback directly with the reception, but the only response I got was, "Yes, it's because this is an old hotel," which felt dismissive. My intention was to help the hotel improve, as I believe it has great potential due to its location. However, proper maintenance is crucial—especially for facilities like the shower room, the toilets (both near the pool and in the rooms), and basic amenities like functional Brunei TV channels. Even as an old hotel, it should have at least the basic upkeep to attract more guests.
