A Hidden Gem by the Sea – Warm, Peaceful & Unforgettable From the moment we arrived at Maison d’Hôtes Marine Ksar Sghir, we knew we’d found something special. Highlights: 1. Warm & Truly Hospitable Staff Zineb (and the rest of the team) couldn’t have been more welcoming. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home — helping with anything we needed, even when we arrived late or had requests. Her kindness truly made the difference. 2. Stunning Location, Close to the Beach & Port Just steps from the sea, the guesthouse offers calming sound of waves, beautiful views, and a serene environment. 3. Comfortable, Clean, & Homely Rooms The rooms are tastefully decorated, bright, and clean. 4. Delicious Breakfast & Food Staying at Maison d’Hôtes Marine Ksar Sghir was one of the warmest, most genuine travel experiences I’ve ever had — and that’s entirely thanks to Zayneb, the incredible host. From the moment we arrived, Zayneb’s warmth and care stood out. Her service was truly above and beyond — not just professional, but personal. She didn’t just treat us like guests; she treated us like friends, making us feel welcomed, seen, and completely at home. Whether it was helping with travel details, preparing delicious meals, or simply checking in with a smile, her presence added something truly special truly special to our stay. The guesthouse itself is lovely — peaceful, clean, and perfectly located near the beach and ferry port. The rooms are cozy, the food is fresh and homemade, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. But what really makes this place unforgettable is the heart behind it — and that’s Zayneb. I genuinely cannot recommend her or her home enough. If you're lucky enough to stay here, you’ll leave not just rested, but truly cared for. Thank you, Zayneb, for everything. I’ll always remember this stay. Rating: 10/10

“Great stay”

We only spent one night, but we can easily see ourselves return in the future. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The beach is so close that we could hear the waves at night.

Lovely host, beautiful rooms (if only a bit dated). Was allowed to park my motorcycle inside of the rear gate. Breakfast was phenomenal!

The owner is speaking no englisch at all. Difficult if you cant find the accomodation.

The little bit of paradise behind an old gate. Very friendly and had everything we needed for the night. Breakfast was fresh and plenty.

Lovely friendly host, comfortable, peaceful and spacious accommodation and very homely. The evening meal of soup, tagine and dessert was delicious, breakfast also beautifully laid out and fresh. Also convenient to TangiersMed port.

Only a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal .The staff member was really helpful- she went out of her way to communicate with us. The evening meal was delicious.

Great for an overnight stop before you start the journey. Warm welcome by the lovely lady at the reception! Best Moroccan salad I had so far! Secure parking for motorbikes! Should you arrive late at Tangier Med and be driving south, this is a great accommodation for the night.

Conveniently located in town center. Great if you need to stay near Port of Tanger Med. The owner or manager is responsive and helpful. The place is clean and warmly decorated like a home.

Beautiful house. Beautiful views. Very clean and the personnel was so nice. They waited for us till 1am because our ferry was late, and served breakfast at the time that was convenient for us.
