The hotel staff (the lady, the gentleman, and their son) are super friendly, attentive, and helpful. If you are looking for human quality, you will find it at this accommodation. The facilities are super beautiful, everything is very clean, very comfortable, and very cozy. It is located less than a 4-minute walk from the beach, and everything is very close to the accommodation. What I want to highlight most is that it was my birthday, so I mentioned this to the hotel staff. After a few minutes, the lady and her son gave me the lovely surprise of coming up singing Happy Birthday with a cake in their hands. It was one of the best birthday details I have ever received. Friendly and welcoming managers. Room apparently clean, but many bedbugs were present. It was very late when I noticed them. I tried to send a message to the manager who did not respond. I changed rooms independently by checking thoroughly. In the last one the bugs were not there but in the morning I had blisters on my neck. I got very little sleep.
