“Cozy Ksamil”
The location was excellent! It was like 2 minutes from 10€ all day pool, 8 minutes from bakery, shop and Restaurants. The hots was very nice and really took care of us during our stay

The apartment had a really great quality! Also, Niko is a really nice person, he helped us a lot during our stay. He speaks English very well, so it’s not a problem to communicate. The place is quiet and cosy, with the place for a car. Also, the apartment is in less crowded area, so it’s quiet during the day and night. House is really close to the city center, so it’s not far to get any food. Even we got the opportunity to make our laundry. Thank you Niko for this wonderful stay! :)

I liked everything, it was very nice to stay during vacation here, apartment was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed every 3rd day, and Niko is very nice host. I would recommend anyone who go to ksamil to stay here.

We loved everything. The apartment was very clean. There is AC in both bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable. After 3 days in the house the host provided us with fresh towels, changed the bedsheets and cleaned the apartment. There is one small shop close to the house where they had delicious and cheap watermelons. In the roundabout there is a nice bakery where you can have breakfast or simply buy some freshly baked bread or pastries. The host is very friendly and kind. Whenever we needed anything he was there straight away ready to help. I can definatelly recommend the place to anyone going to Ksamil. Thank you for the perfect stay in your place!

“Very very nice vacation”
It was a perfect stay in this villa, we really liked it. Niko is a wonderfuk host, supportive, very positive and kind. The villa is in a very calm place, every morning enjoying with a coffee on the terrace and evenong with a glass of wine. Very closely to the city centre. We would be back! A nice and unforgettable vacati9n! 😍😊🤩
