The room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed every other day, the location is perfect, shops, restaurants and beaches are all within reach. “Awesome location”
The location is great, near to variety of beaches, stores, central road, souvenirs, exchange, restaurants and fast foods, parties. One has a fridge, comfortable beds, AC, balcony.The bathroom is clean. Own parking lots. Nice view to the church. Quite after 00 am.

“Perfect choice for apartment in Ksamil”
It’s my recommendation to stay in this place. Everything is close (from supermarkets to nice restaurants and the best beaches in Ksamil are also close 5-6min walking). The host is amazing, at the front of the apartments there is also money exchange if you need it. The staff is polite and always smiling. Wonderful place

The owner has been more than welcoming, helping us with every request we had along the way. The apartment is right in the middle of Ksamil, so you are close to virtually every attraction. It is really a good place to be in.

Excellent breakfast at Vila White, friendly staff, clean. The location is excellent. In the surrounding area, there are many beautiful and tidy beaches, good restaurants. The staff at Oleva Studio's & Apartment are friendly and accommodating.

The place was really comfortable and clean. The staf was very communicative and nice! Close enough to walk down to the beach but far enough away from the night life noise. Walking distance to the best restaurants and supermarkets/bakeries. parking space at the back side of the building. I would definitely recommend and if I return back- definitely stay here again!

Doni is a very kind and friendly host, we arrived at Ksamil late in the evening because of flight delayed and he waited us till late. He advised us about the best place in Ksamil and helped us to find the best option to go back to Tirana to get the plane. Sea is 2 minutes by walk from the apartment, that is very cozy. We had a very beautiful and relaxing holiday in Oleva Studio's Apartments 😀
