Comfortable, spacious modern apartment in a great location overlooking the sea. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is also fine. Lovely balcony and seating out on the patio. There is a small public beach to the left of the villa which we only found on the last day, with good swimming.

Location was perfect and in close proximity to all the restaurants. Our room was a good size, absolutely spotless, ground floor at the front of the building so we were able to enjoy the sea view. Parking spot was a great bonus. Highly recommend.

Absolutely epic location. We walked both sides of the guest house to check out all the beaches and kept coming back to the conclusion that we were absolutely in the best spot for everything we needed. A beach just 30 seconds down the hill with a beach bar. We wondered if this would be noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it from our room (stayed May so may not have been open as long hours as in the summer) Very reasonably priced. We had a bottom floor room opposite the entrance in the courtyard. It was spotless and such a picturesque location. Ideal for watching sunsets from their balcony in the upper part of the courtyard too. All facilities were considered- table and chairs outside the room, aircon, facilities to dry swimwear/towels etc outside the room too.

The apartment was clean and modern. I cant sleep with noise and could not hear the bar nearby or the air con that was quite silent. The hosts are very friendly and happy to help if needed.

Fascilities, the view, the owner's willingness to go above and beyond in service. I loved every moment of the stay.

Best place to stay in Ksamil. Beach front with great location, walkable to all the good restaurants and beach bar and mini supermarkets. Facility is very modern especially when compared to other places near by in my opinion. We had a pleasant 6 days stay accommodated hy Vasily the owner. Best host ever!! He was super friendly and you can literally ask him anything. We felt like home here and didn’t want to leave at all. I can see why this place is almost always fully booked during travel season 👍👍 will 100% come back!!!

“Little slice of paradise”

Fantastic location. With a small shared terrace where you can watch the sunset, and enjoy the views. A 1 minute walk to a small beach, where you can order drinks from the beach bar whilst using their loungers. The sea is refreshing and safe to swim here.

This is indeed one of the best properties i have ever stayed .. I will not look for any other property ever in future if im visiting albania✨ Booked it for 2 nighta extended right away for one more night and cant tell you how good i felt staying there❣️ dont think twice just book and go.

🌟 If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! 🌟 Our stay at Molina’s Seaside Retreat in Ksamil, Albania was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, our host Vasilis made us feel so welcome — he was always on hand on-site to help with anything we needed, offering great local tips and genuine hospitality. The apartment was spotless — immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The sunset view over the beach was breathtaking every evening; we often just sat on the balcony with a glass of wine, soaking in the golden sky. The location couldn’t have been better and superb value for money — there are so many fantastic restaurants nearby, each serving amazing local food, and countless tiny beaches to explore, each one more picturesque than the last. The area is also full of wonderful natural wildlife and hidden spots perfect for peaceful walks and little adventures. The locals shared a great tip: visit in June or September if you can, as July and August can get very busy. We came slightly out of season and absolutely loved the relaxed, authentic atmosphere. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had — Molina’s Seaside Retreat deserves every star and more!

Great location in very close proximity to the beach. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean and well appointed. Lovely view from the common use balcony from which we enjoyed sundowners in the evenings. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely superb and highly recommended.

“Great value break.”

Great spot for a break. Modern and clean room and facilities right in the centre of Ksamil by the beach. Vasilis was always on hand and helpful with a smile.

We are 4 girls who came here for a week. When we arrived apartment was very clean and host was very nice. In front of the apartment there are two beautiful balconies with a sea view where we were chatting, eating breakfast and had a lot of fun. The host lives next door and he is there if you need anything, also his mom is a very nice women. Aparment has everything you need, two ACs, all kitchen apliences and a lot towels, even for the beach. The host even cleaned our room on the fourth day of our stay and changed our towels and bedsheets. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccomed this apartment to everyone. Thank you for everything!
