All furniture and equipments are new and clean, kitchen is well equipped, short walking distance to center and beaches, free and safe parking in front of the house.

The house was very clean and the service was very good. I would choose it again to spend my holidays.

Aris and Irina were absolutely amazing. Our kids weren't feeling well, and they offered to help. They were really nice and supportive. The location is perfect because it's in a quiet area but literally 7 minutes away from the center and the beach.

Lovely apartment with large rooms and individual balconies in a great location - walking distance to the city centre and beaches. Fantastic host that went above and beyond, providing local information and even serving us freshly baked goods one morning. Great value for money - I would difinitely recommend to stay here.

The owner of the place, you have never seen such a charming woman, a real Wonder Woman, with a baby and two more children and whose husband is in another country this month, runs an exemplary place, clean, tidy, everything you need. Helped me with private parking, recommended where to get a haircut, where to eat, where to go, laundry, a hot water vessel for my feet, and I'm sure I forgot more. I really have no words for how good her heart is and how sweet her children are and her husband is cute. I already missed this place I will definitely go back there in the future

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this apartment in Ksamil! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Aris and Irini, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and local attractions. Aris and Irini were always available to provide us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems in the area. They truly made us feel at home and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The personal touch they added to our stay made it even more special. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ksamil, I highly recommend this apartment. We can’t wait to come back! Everything was clean and location was great. Our host Irini was very nice and helpful!

From the moment we checked in, everything was ready for us and the house was extremely clean. Our communication with the host was very good. The building's dog is especially cute. Don't forget to meet him when you visit. It was my second visit to Ksamile, so we chose to stay close to the center. You can easily reach everywhere by walking.

We were warmly welcomed by our host, Iris, who spoke good English and lived downstairs and was available for help and advice. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. We liked the quiet location which is easily less than a ten minute walk to the beach and much less than that to bars and restaurants and a supermarket. We also liked that three was an off road parking space on the property, although the road on which it is located is not at all busy. We used the washing machine and were grateful for the powder provided.

Good location and very helpful, kind hosts, free parking space. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wonderful moments.

“Perfect Stay”

What an amazing stay we had at M&J Home! The apartment we had was super spacious. It had three bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a big living room equipped with a great kitchen and cooking facilities. This accommodation is perfect for families or big group of friends as it offers you lots of comfort and space. Additionally, everything was super clean and tidy. We also loved the fact the we had a washing machine and could easily do our laundry after a long time traveling in Albania. The location of the apartment is super central to the main beach in Ksamil (approximately 5 min drive) and very close to supermarkets and restaurants area. Aris and Irini (the hosts) are such a nice couple. Their hospitality was impressive. They made us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed (including suggestions). I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Personally we have found now our steady place in Ksamil to come back to.
