The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful, ready to help you with your questions. The price of the rooms corresponds to the quality. There is a bar and a swimming pool on site. A buffet breakfast is provided in the morning. The hotel grounds are gated and located in a relatively quiet area. The beach is a leisurely 17-20 minute walk away. I had room 103 with a separate kitchenette and a balcony-terrace away from everyone else. We loved it!

The villa is run by Ornella and her partner they literally couldn't do enough for the guests.The pool,bar and outside areas were all kept really clean and tidy.The rooms were cleaned every day all in all a great place to stay close to beach shops and restaurants and I would recommend a stay here.

“My Albania adventure”
I was made to feel so welcome. I felt like part of the family. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom was very modern. I could shower and see the sea. Pool area is fantastic and very much needed in the heat. As is the bar. The location is great. Not on the main strip but only a few minutes walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. So more peaceful. Bus stop only few minutes walk away. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and liked that I was looked out for by the fantastic owners. They have become great friends. I will definitely be coming back ❤️

We had an amazing stay here during our time in Ksamil. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Ksamil. Such a well ran hotel by a very polite and hard working family who would go above and beyond to cater for their guests.Make you feel like we are family. I'd give them an 11 if I could.Words can not describe how warm, friendly and helpful the owners are! Congratulations and lots of thanks! And special Thanks for the little birthday gift my daughter received on her birthday, it was so adorable and unexpected! Highly, highly recommend!
