“Great location, super clean, very private and yet in the middle of a busy town”
The location was amazing, literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. They even gave us a bottle of wine upon arrival to make us feel comfortable. Definitely a recommendation

We had a wonderful stay. The owner Vasili is a proper host. He was kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

“Our stay is absolutely perfect!”
The apartment is spacious, clean and super comfortable, exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners are incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. The balcony offers a beautiful sea view. Plus, the location is perfect, close to the beach and supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly, extremely clean. Rooms were big. Wireless worked. The view from the Balcony is beautiful. Watching the sunsets is already worth it. Host didn't speak English but that wasn't a problem :) You can hear the Beach bars, but if you don't like that, Ksamil might not be for you 😁

Very good location. Close to the center with many restaurants. There is a beach nearby, but it is very small and umbrellas and sunbeds are expensive. The better beach-Lori is about 1.5 kilometers away, has parking and is very good and cheaper.

Helen's house is a clean, pleasant hotel with adequate facilities and a good location. It had fine details prepared for us to enjoy our vacation. The hosts may be the kindest owners I have ever met. My special thanks to this wonderful family. I highly recommend this hotel for enjoyable vacation.

“Perfect holiday apartment”
The location was fantastic and only a short walk to all the central beaches in Kasmil. It's also really close to some cafes, shop and some lovely restaurants. Eirini welcomed us and was so helpful and friendly during our stay. She even let us stay in the bigger 2 bed apartment as it was free and coming to the end of the season. The view from the balcony here was even better. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable and we had everything we needed. There is some loud music at night from the bars on the waterfront, but the soundproofing was excellent with the windows closed and we slept very well.

“Excellent apartment in the heart of Ksamil”
Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and the local shops and restaurants. The hostess and her father were so kind, welcoming and answered all our questions within minutes. 10 out of 10!!! Great air con. The double-glazed windows were excellent in keeping the loud music out, we slept really well. The apartment was immaculately clean! Highly recommended!
