“A great stay at Gregory’s”
Gregory’a apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It is close supermakets and the Mango, Kristal and Bora-Bora beached. Gregory himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and stress-free. His mum (the caretaker) was an absolute gem, going above and beyond to assist us with various aspects of our trip, making us feel truly welcomed. Their hospitality made a significant difference, and Vassilika's warmth and helpfulness made our stay in Ksamil not only enjoyable but truly worthwhile.

“Brilliant hostess, clean apartment with a fantastic location.”
Fantastic greeting - friendly, smiling face when we arrived! Also a brilliant location - walking distance from 3 or 4 different beaches. The accommodation was basic, but exceeded expectations on the price. The hostess (Vasilika) was fantastic and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble! The apartment was clean throughout and Vasilika helped setup the apartment when we arrived which was a nice touch. The shower was a good strength so you could have a proper refreshing shower after being in the heat all day, and there were basic kitchen facilities provided. Towels were of a good quality and enough were provided. Beds again were basic, but comfortable none the less. The apartment also had shutters which kept the majority of the light out early morning!

“Nice place close to the beach.”
Clean and very spacious, well equipped, several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It is in a quiet location, but close to the center (about 10 minutes on foot). Parking is arranged at the accommodation. The owner is very kind and helpful.
