“Avoid, has one bedroom, the rest will sleep in corridor.”
Poorly managed property, arrogant owner. The house is small and only one bedroom, the rest has to sleep in the corridor and sofa. No privacy at all. Last option on the future Suntago visits.

“PRIVACY DISTURBED: nightmare in the forest.”
We [two single women with 2 kids] came to check in at 20.00 tired and hungry after Waterpark and trip. The hosts requested extra money for 2 small kids [one disabled] - at first asking to pay extra 600 PLN (150 EUR) cash. We refused to pay this amount, then they dropped the price to 350 PLN (77 EUR), which seemed still overpriced. We offered to request this extra money via booking.com [to my knowledge it was even illegal as we have paid for the whole house and kids did not even need any extra beds or linnen]. The hosts burst shouting and requesting to leave immediately - which was completely insane [if it was day time, I would have called the police for such psychical assault and outburst while underaged children were on the premises]. Eventually we paid them extra 200 PLN [50 EUR] cash to calm the agressors down requesting a check which at first they refused to provide. We all were very disturbed and shocked by such behavior of the hosts which completely ruined our peace and rest, as well as took somewhat around 1 hour to sort out as the hosts don't speak English or Russian very well. There was only one bed ready with linnen, when we booked and needed two of them. The house was vey damp and cold, the heating was off, even in the bathroom. It couldn't be turned on as it is controlled by the hosts, so we were unable to dry wet towels and the hosts did not provide any. There is a VIDEO SURVEILANCE CAMERA at the leasure area which is also very disturbing. There were many empty alcohol bottles on the fire place forgotten to be disposed. There was a smell of smoke in the rooms upstairs, but we were surprised that there were NO MOSQUITOE NETS ON THE WINDOWS (despite the surrounding forest) so expect lots of them along with flies if you enjoy fresh air or open windows. There are no night shades either.
