“Every bit as beautiful and functional as you dreamt it would be!”
Unique penthouse apartment and by far the nicest place I've stayed in almost 2 months in Albania! Extended my stay. Stunning views; including the castle, from the room with the egg chair. Host speaks great English; provided access details well in advance; and was able and willing to help with local information on the state of the Sari Salltik hiking trail, as well as extra toilet paper and blankets. Penthouse location and CCTV meant I was able to leave my bag outside the apartment door before check-in and after check-out. Local staircases not shown on Maps.me meant it was closer to town than anticipated.

Accommodation was clear and very beautiful furnished. The view from the upper floor was amazing!

The view from the whole flat and in the loft was absolutely marvellous: 180° on the castle and the whole plain towards the sea and North, and also the mountain in the back room. It was located just minutes from the shops, the village centre and the Old Bazaar and Castle and a few minutes from the bus station and hiking trail to the mountain top. The flat was brand new, big and airy, modern and very tastefully decorated, with a few touches of Albanian culture. Really lovely. The kitchen was well appointed. Everything was shiny and clean. Our host was very friendly, gave us tips, left us some tea and coffee for breakfast and was receptive to the one "critic" we had about our stay.
