⭐ 1/10 Terrible experience – misleading, cold, and unprofessional host We booked from 3 PM but were not given access to the property until after 10 PM. The apartment was freezing (under 10°C) with no heating or air conditioning, despite this being advertised on Booking.com. After over 20 unanswered calls, the host finally provided just one small heater late at night. We booked two separate beds, but because of the extreme cold and only one heater, we were forced to share one bed. This was deeply embarrassing and unacceptable, especially for me as a Muslim woman since the other guest was not my husband. The host was rude, aggressive, and argumentative on the phone, and even came to the door at 10 AM to take the keys, despite checkout being at 11 AM. The listing also claimed there were “flashing lights” on the gate for access — there were none. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. I have provided Booking.com with evidence and will not recommend this property to anyone.
