Just as advertised, quiet neighborhood, close to the city center, the owner was very nice, kind. Apartment was clean, everything working, no issues at all. Free parking right next to it, highly recommend it.

Perfect stay on our way up north.

Parked in nice quite neighborhood for free. Just outside of center of Kristiansand and walking distance to center if you wants to visit restaurant or shop. You can also take the bus to center, close by the apartment. Berit was very welcoming, explaining fulfilling about the apartment. Television/internet free of charge, Kitchen with all the stuff needed for family to stay, bathroom having towels ready If i needs a stay in Kristiansand again, no doubt i would book stay there 🙂

This was the best place we stayed during our five days in Norway. We arrived two hours before check-in, and the host was kind enough to accommodate us by coming early, even though she didn’t have to. Her hospitality was exceptional, and our interactions with her were the most pleasant conversations we had during our time in Norway. The place itself is equipped with everything you could need; everything was fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable and don’t creak, and it’s warm enough to feel cozy. This place helped us relax and recharge.

Super cosy, easy to find the nice quiet location and really close to town. Berit is lovely and helpful and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to visit.

A pleasant place to stay for one or two days or in a long term. It contains all of the necessities for daily living. An excellent place to stay if you traveling by ferry. It also offers free parking. Without a doubt, I would advise staying here.

Everything else

The location was perfect. I was working at the university and it took less than 15 minutes to walk there every day (in the snow and ice). It was so convenient. The facilities were great. I had an entire apartment, including bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom to myself. It was very clean and cosy. The host was so kind and helpful.

During our stay the weather in Kristiansand was pretty hot, but in spite of that the apartment remained cool and pleasant. The bathroom is a little cramped, but otherwise the size of all the rooms including the kitchen is very good. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, suitable for families with small children (several playgrounds in the immediate vicinity!). The owner is very friendly and flexible regarding arrival and departure arrangements. Highly recommended!
