“Lovely place with historic charm.”

This is a lovely place. A pure homestead of the Broumov type. Romantic vaults, sandstone columns and spacious rooms. Just a couple minutes from Broumov. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful and fulfilled your additional wishes.

Beautiful, quiet place with nice and accomodating hosts and animals. Very spacious apartment with its own kitchen and even a piano! Special atmosphere of Czech countryside. There was even a small harvest festival dožínky nearby during our stay. The area has a lot of interesting places to visit, like rock cities, mountains and nice small towns.

“BOOKING.COM should review its reservation confirmation and mention SHARED bathroom, not bathroom”

I reserved this place for myself, I was attending a seminar - which meant being on time. After reservation was paid, a friend told me there was NO SEPARATE BATHROOM- which BOOKING.COM is extremely "discrete" about (mentioned only once in the place description and NOT MENTIONNED IN THE RESERVATION, else I would have cancelled it). I therefore called the place to know if there were other guests who would share the bathroom with me. The man (owner) on the phone was extremely grumpy and unpleasant, not to say impolite. He answered me that anyway I had paid and that was it – although I did not even try to contest or bargain. My main problem was, as I explained : having access to a clean bathroom/toilet when needed and not having to queue up. I could not possibly afford to be late... To which he answered that his guests were "normal people/”normalni lidi”), so what did I want more? I asked him to call me again one day before my arrival to inform me about the number of additional guests. He never did. Dear "NORMAL PEOPLE", if you feel you belong to the category "will wash/use the toilets when possible, or just wait behind X people", that is up to you. Main thing: pay and don't ask. As far as I am concerned, I DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO THERE. Also: there are many other affordable and pleasant hotels in the surroundings 😉

“Great place with authentic village and country side atmosphere.”

The apartment is very spacious and has an amazing atmosphere. If you want to try staying in a nicely renoveted original country side house typical for Broumov area go for it! The apertment is fully equiped - looks even better than on the pictures (separate bedroom, separate dining area, big couch and tv). Also the host was very nice. It is definitelly one of the best places we have stayed around Broumov in the past ten years. The bathroom it outside - in the corridor but you will get used to it as it is very clean and modern (even with heated floor). I admit I was very impressed by the effort the owners put into renovating this place. Really amazing. It is not a five star hotel but a house with an authentic feeling.

“Cheap”

Broumovsko close by (30 min walk). Friendly hosts and pets you can play with that want your attention. Everything you need for cooking (Except Water and Food) is in your room. Old castle feeling.

Wonderful stay and lovely animals and hostess.

It was an atmospheric place, you can spend the night and time during the day in a really pleasant way. In the room cooker, kettle, pots, tricks, etc. everything you need!
