Overview
Situated in a state-protected building in Krásná Lípa in Bohemian Switzerland, Penzion Lípa features a restaurant and a wellness centre with sauna and gym. “We had a nice stay as a family”
The staff members are all very kind and acted always professional. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of different offerings and we could try every morning something different. We were in a great room with a nice master bed. Upstairs were four single beds and our older children could sleep there. There was a small fridge -perfect for a few items and for medicals. The bathroom was very modern and everything neccessary was inside. We also rented a bowling lane and had fun playing. It would be nice to have a pantry kitchen in the apartment to prepare a snack or small meal. Definetely a nice place to stay!!! We'll want to come back again.

Brilliant place with all the amenities within the larger complex of which the Pension is part. Great breakfast. Our room was massive and very comfortable. Very nice area with hikes around the corner and good restaurants nearby. Stongly advise to come by car.

There was a loud road and a Romani bar called gypsy bar with a crazy “party” and screaming going on all night. There was no AC so the window had to stay open and we couldn’t sleep at all. There was some kind of electric cooler with limestone and gross water which did not seem to work nor looked like I wanted it to work.

“Great location, great apartment. Could stay there for a month”
We booked an apartment at the penzion, but got upgraded to a superb aparthotel apartment on arrival. The apartment was huge, with all you could need for a long stay. The kitchen was very modern and equipped with all you could possibly need, the living room was enormous, spacious rooms and a huge 30m balcony with sitting corner. The breakfast was excellent also, in the complex’s beautiful restaurant. The location is excellent, right in the center of the town, which is a great starting point for many local attractions

“First time but for sure I will return soon 😍”
Our room was very comfortable. One comment from my side that my booking had been upgraded and I can put comments about Lipa Apartments. Very good standart, comfortable beds. Excelent breakfast and dinner in Resort Restourant. That was our first stay but for sure not the last one. Welcome drink and snacks were also a very nice suprice.

“Excellent stay”
We actually stayed in the Apartments, not the Pension/guesthouse. But the owner is the same. The rooms, facilities, grounds everything very clean, very well equipped, Staff very friendly, welcome drink available on arrival, simply great experience. And the breakfasts were just fabulous! Wouldn´t hesitate staying here again.
