Our stay at hotel Šurc was amazing. Downstairs is a restaurant were you can order food up until 9PM. The food was very delicious. We were the only guests, so they asked us at what time we would like to have our breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious and hearty and staff was very kind. The room was clean and comfy and we are very satisfied with everything.

Location was perfect, close to the border with Italy and Austria. The hotel was very nice. The staff were very kind. Breakfast was ok, not so rich, but it was ok. Definitely I would come back! Thank you

Clean and comfortable room with large bathroom

“If you want peace go somewhere else.”

Too loud. You can hear everything through the wall. They have a restaurant below the rooms and it's always noisy. On saturday they were having a party downstairs until 22:30 which was annoying since we wanted to sleep. We came for a few days for peace and quiet and relaxation not for people screaming for hours. Rooms are smaller than they look. The flor was dirty when we came. They have 5 parking spaces infront of the hotel which was always ful so we had to park on the street or on neighbors land. “Balcony” is shared with neighbors. We had no natural light in the room.

Beyond excellent service, they genuinely cared about my well-being. * Facilities: Cozy, comfortable, clean, and perfect for rest. * Food: Great variety and quality; fresh and satisfying. * Location: Easy to reach by public transport, with beautiful surroundings, even in pouring rain. Can’t recommend this place enough, I’d happily come back any time.

Nice atmosphere

We did not stayed at hotel Surc but were transferred to Vitranc boutique hotel in Podkoren. It is very quit and very cozy with a nice restaurant.

I evaluate hotel Vintranc instead of Šurc, because they changed our room to a different hotel. Clean and comfortable, but quite a small room. Parking in front of the building, nice staff.

Cozy hotel in an excellent location to explore Kranjska Hora and surtoundings

Stuff was very kind and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Rateče is a small village with villagers living their life. If you like morning rooster waking you up and cows on the roads, thats the place for you. Not crowded like Krajnska Gora.

Nice location, restaurant - good, but overcrowded. The staff should be more numerous, totally out of step. Nice building, nice room - if it is some of the big ones on the firsth floor.
