The room where dinner and breakfast was served was authentic. The terras outside with it's great views, was splendid.

Scenery was stunning, sitting outside taking it all in. I stayed I mixed dormitory was spacious with toilet/shower seperate both very clean on floor below. Comfy bed with own space, single bed in corner. Lovely restaurant catering for all needs, breakfast additional. 10ks to walk down on a trail to Juliana Trail. One friendly guy, so lovely when I had a bad start to my travel day.

The food was comforting and delicious, and the portions were unexpectedly generous. The view and location are truly unbeatable, with such a lovely scenery that I did not really mind the small rooms at all; I could have spent the whole day relaxing outside. Overall, the accommodation was perfect for a short stay.

“Stunning location, comfortable hut with nice atmosphere and amenities”

We loved our stay in this hut after being trapped here in the snow. They were flexible about us staying longer and somewhat helpful. Food is great with lots of vegetarian options. The location is stunning and the hut is comfortable with a nice atmosphere. They have good amenities such as drying racks for wet things.

Really lovely and knowledgeable staff, facilities were clean. I was a solo traveller and I would highly recommend this place! Good breakfast for a hiking hut also

I LOVED this place. It felt like a home for 3 nights as a solo traveller who loves hiking and a break from reality!! Cannot recommend enough!! The pictures do not do it justice, it has clearly been renovated/ upgraded recently in terms of the facilities and the staff as so attentive. I will be back!!

“Very nice mountain hut”

“Not your basic mountain hut, cozy and well facilitated”

Lovely well kitted out fancy mountain hut that still had an earthy warm feel to the main dining area room and bar. Well heated when we stayed during winter. Comfortable beds and showers. Nice facilities. Loved the host - very friendly and chatty, happy to share stories and suggestions on local adventures.

“Best place ever”

If you want an unusual experience, this place is great to visit. The hut has it's own uncomparable atmosphere and being able to sleep among the mountains is something extraordinary, especially if you are into hiking, climbing or other similiar activity. We came on motorcycles and our experiences there was really great.

Clean and comfortable, small room. Good breakfast and dinner.

“Warm and welcoming hut at the end of a long uphill hike!”

Such a wonderful place to stop on the Alpe-Adria trail. Warm and welcoming staff and great food was greatly appreciated. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were sparse but clean and comfortable with views to die for. There were two female toilets on our floor and one shared shower operated by tokens (provided in the price) for hot water. No problem accessing the shared bathrooms but it's not the busy time of year. You cannot beat the views from the hut as the clouds clear.
