Only 200 metres from the Sava River, Hiša Aleš is set in the centre of Breg ob Savi. Beautiful small hotel with parking in front of the hotel and a small garden terrace where you can enjoy a drink.. We got snaps when we arrived and the room was more like an apartment, so big and very wel equiped! We went for dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutly perfect!!! The a la carte menu was not big, so you know everything is fresh and they even made a pizza on request for another table wich was not at all on the menu, so that is service 1000%!! The room has everything you need (except a coffee machine, but you have a mini bar) including small terrace with table and chairs and a very comfotable bed.

The accommodation is in an excellent and quiet location, just a 5-minute drive from Kranj (and several shopping malls which include grocery store) and very close to Ljubljana. Everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we had a really great rest.

The hotel is perfectly located in a peaceful and quiet area, just 10 minutes from Kranj and very close to all the main attractions like Vintgar Gorge and Bled. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality, and we had dinner one evening which was truly outstanding restaurant-level, even fine dining quality. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t recommend this place more an ideal choice for exploring Slovenia while enjoying a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Clean and cosy room, quit place in the nature, friendly stuff. I really had a good and peaceful night there and will visit again. Also it is close Ljubljana if you want city kind of entertainment, while sleeping in the nature with fresh air.

We had a pleasant one night stay at Hiša Aleš. Free parking was available at the front of the hotel. The hotel itself was modern and clean. The staff were polite and helpful, offering us a welcome drink on arrival and assisting us to our room.

Really nice hotel! I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service since the moment I entered the hotel! I had travelled all day and made a last minute booking, shortly before closing. I still got offered a chance to order dinner and the receptionist kindly took the food to my room! The breakfast is delicious! Everything is fresh and there’s a lot to choose from.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive — they even prepared food for our baby and brought a high chair to the breakfast area so we could all sit together. These thoughtful gestures truly made our stay special. We would gladly recommend this place and would love to come back.
