“5 days vacation”
All the services were great, especially for the money we paid. The food was tasty and fresh. The drinks were a bit limited and not a really great quality but good enough. The staff was very attentive and most of them spoke enough English to be able to communicate. We had parking on the property. Plenty of things for the kids to do as well, daily activities and safe fun in the pool. We will surely go back for a longer stay.

Overall, the hotel is a delightful surprise and invites guests to return. I would highlight a few positive aspects: **Hotel:** - Tastefully renovated, modern, and clean - Free parking, large enough for all guests - Sufficient staff who are friendly and prompt - The Wi-Fi was pretty good, but it was a bit spotty. **Room:** - Comfortable with good design overall - Quality bed linen and towels - Good quality toiletries and toilet paper, provided in adequate quantities - Daily room cleaning, including towel change and floor mopping - Electricity always available (though it requires a card, which was already inserted) - Large smart TV (not used during our stay) - New air conditioning (not used) - Blackout curtains - PVC chairs and table on the balcony, along with a towel rack - Decent towels for the pool **Restaurant:** - Very good, tasty, varied, and fresh food - Wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits (excellent olives available all day and delicious cheese-pie for breakfast!) - Good semi-dry wine by the glass (personal preference: I prefer dry wine with my meal) - Good draft beer - Wide selection of juices (both carbonated and non-carbonated) on tap - Friendly and numerous staff - Quality napkins - Beverage area with drinks on tap available 24/7 to guests

We were so happy from the whole organisation.Staff - amazing.Their smiles were on their faces all the time and always had a chance for a wee chat to explain , whatever you need.Restaurant guys - omg , they were above the amazing.They did try to comfort our 3 year old peaky eater constantly....The private beach - top norch with new and very clean umbrellas and sunbeds.Pool clean and always with the presence of very responsible safeguards....Private parking - good job.Always clean towels.Bed sheets change very regularly and cleaning of the rooms every day.All inclusive - rich and very tasty and every day different.Pool bar very good with amazing barthenders.Evening program is very good , especially the folklore night.These young guys are 100%.

Quiet place next to the beach and a good swimming pool. Parking inside the fences and very helpful staff. The room and bathroom were large and we had a great view of the sea. Special thanks to the humorous lifeguard who was nice to talk to. The manager was also very welcoming and I think this will be a great place for a peaceful holiday. Suitable for those who love peace, quiet and sun.

Very good location, very close to the beach. There were people puting their towel on the sunbeds at first hour in the morning, but there was a guy who started to take them and alow people who were coming to tge beach, to take the seats. I really appreciated, they seem to have red the negative comments from previous period.

What I liked most about this accommodation: - Location of the place in front of the beach - The room is bigger than I expected - Spacious parking - Playground (table tennis) - Normal bar, pool bar - The 3 meals were ok, diversified.

“Disappointing experience”
So many negative stuff, that even though there were some positives, they were overcome by the overall bad experience.
