Overview
The uniquely designed Therma Palace - Privat Beach & Free Parking is located a 5-minute walk from the beach in Kranevo and offers a free outdoor pool and air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. An on-site sauna, aroma steam bath, salt room, hot tub, outdoor and indoor swimming pools are available to hotel guests at no extra charge. Each of the modernly furnished units is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area with a sofa or a sofa chair and a safety deposit box. A kitchenette with a dining area is provided in the apartments. The bathroom comes with a bath, a hairdryer and free toiletries. A bathrobe and slippers are available as well. All units feature a balcony, opening to sea views. Therma Palace - Privat Beach & Free Parking houses an à-la-carte restaurant with 2 dining halls - one in Italian style and another in Russian style, as well as a lobby bar. “Amazing, but not five star worthy”
Very friendly and very helpful staff, easy to communicate with even if sometimes the language barrier was a problem, they always seemed happy to help with any issue. 9/10 mainly for staff. I personally really enjoyed the food selection. I encountered no issues. We stayed for just under a week and the meals were varied enough for three meals a day. I thought location was great. Very quiet area in a quiet town/village (or at least it was now since it was winter at the beach side). The whole "Therma Village" was really enjoyable to explore and the walks were very relaxing. Also, there are a lot of cats and dogs in the town, including around the hotel, and some of the cats seemed to be familiar with being inside the hotel lobby, so that was really nice especially for any cat lovers. SPA area was great and well equipped. The pools and jacuzzi were relaxing (sometimes too hot but maybe that was just a personal preference). I really enjoyed the selection of saunas also. Room had just about all the basics we needed, from bathroom basics to slippers to bath robes to free water bottles that were restocked daily by the cleaning ladies (and you could also ask for more water bottles at the reception if needed). I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the level 0 bar, with relaxing music and dim lights and pool tables (which you have to pay for to play, unfortunately). Also bonus points for the gym. One thing that we weren't really told about that we found out by ourselves is that the all inclusive bracelet includes ALL the Therma Village has to offer, including the Eco Therma hotel. Eco Therma seemed much more pleasant to spend time in, as it is a bigger hotel, the restaurant is also much bigger with much more varied menu, and just the overall surroundings including the small village and the private beach made for a great experience. So not a downside for Therma Palace, but a bonus that you get to enjoy everything around as client.

Very good services, cleaning the room every day, we had fresh towels and bathrobes every day, the heat in the room was very good. The spa center is clean, very spacious and staff was friendly.

“An excellent stay overall.”
The thermal facilities, the beach, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff were nice,, even the lifeguard was very nice and attentive when kids were in the pool. The receptionist at Therma Palace was very nice and helpful in resolving any issues we had. Overall great value for the money paid.

“Great Fun and Value for Families.”
There is lots to do (great choice of pools), ice-skating rink, bowling, beach and much more. There are plenty of sun beds. The choice of calm, relaxing pool and fun pool with slides is great. The beach is clean and offer free sunbeds. The staff are unobtrusive. Momchil the bar-tender was really friendly and helpful.

“Lovely place”
Overall, the location is perfect - enough quiet and relax, but not too far from the beach. Staff was really friendly, and food had enough variety to have a different meal every day.
