“Terrible place!”
It’s a dreadful place. The interior is overwhelming and not following a pattern. It feels like that the interior is collected from a flee market. Everything is dirty and filthy, including the cutlery in the room where breakfast and dinner is served.

“Despite some concerns, overall pleasant experience”
Excellent location and amenities - thermal pools and spa, ice rink and great beach - all on the territory of hotel (yes, some additional cost for spa and ice skating) but the concept of hotel is really good - just requires more staff, better management and some renovations.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the indoor pool and hot tubs were very nice but the food is simply fantastic. The breakfast and dinner choices were outstanding and full credit to the chef and staff.

The entertainment team was absolutely outstanding. Food was decent, beach is stunning, facilities not bad. Overall we had a fantastic time as a family.

The hotel was nice, as the big pool outside, and close to the beach. The room we booked with Elsa's theme was very nice and our dauther was so pleased by the surprised we reserved for her.

“If you like a calm place very close to the beach and you have kids this is yours destination.”
This a perfect place for families. You have all the beach attractions in one place. The place it is huge and you can take a walk in the little 'italian' neighborhood. You are very close to the beach and Black Sea. The beach it is huge and has many sun lounges. The hotel has a central theme on every floor.
