I recently stayed at Hotel Crystal Park in Bulgaria for four days, with an all-inclusive package. The website mentioned that the staff spoke English, but I found that only the reception staff did. The pool staff and the restaurant team, including the children working there, didn’t speak English. They also seemed quite tired and unenthusiastic, with no greetings like “good morning” or a smile. Overall, it was a bit disappointing in terms of service.

“All in all good value for money, the right price for good accommodation”
The rooms could definitely use some renovations, but the place is generally clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony, the bathroom was spacious enough (if a bit outdated), the beds pretty comfortable.

Regardless of the bad weather, everything was wonderful. It's absolutely worth it. Food and service were great. If you can, visit!
