“A lovely Spa hotel away from the crowds”
Very new& nice Free parking Welcome drink was a good start. Theodora at the reception spoke English & was super nice and helpful. The blond receptionist at the SPA was also super nice. She spoke English, helped booked a massage and gave some magic compression for my ankle. The room they gave us was beautiful and had spectacular sea views. Every detail was so well designed and organized, water, coffee machine, comfortable bed, double bathtub, bathrobe, sleepers, balcony rack for wet swimsuits. Electronic bracelets to open and operate everything. Great spa, with every kind of sauna, including a salt room. Indoor well heated pools and hottubs. A big heated outdoor hottub as well as a regular pool. Excellent food, with an enormous variety and options. Beautiful beach with everything you can need.

An absolutely wonderful stay! My wife and I just returned from a magical getaway at Casa di Fiori. The hotel is stunning, with top-notch amenities and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was incredible—truly some of the best 5-star dining in Bulgaria. Special thanks to the lovely staff for making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. The hotel is new and clean, the spa and beach are fine. The staff speak a variety of languages- there was no problem of finding someone who knows English, Romanian or Russian. A good idea to choose the all-inclusive package (including lunch) as there are few restaurants in the area - the food at the hotel is really good. If you want to relax - a good idea to stay Monday-Thursday as on weekends quite a number of people come from Bulgaria and Romania for short vacations. Would definitely recommend. If you are looking for night life it is very close to Albena, guess you can get a taxi between them.

“Very nice stay”
It was wonderful that the hotel has its private beach area. There was a variety of food (even for babies) and each time was very delicious. The spa facilities are new. It was excellent that there was a kids playground inside and a bar with tables just outside so that the parents can observe the kids while playing and enjoy a drink at the same time.

A very good hotel. It was our second stay and we were very happy with all. Elegant hotel, comfortable room, great food with many options and more than plenty. The room was cleaned every day , in fact, cleaning is top priority for all hotel, garden and pools area. Lots of pools and saunas, beach bar and pool bar to have a pleasant stay. I have to mention the great staff working in the hotel that make you feel so welcome, especially Elena , so professional and caring ready to solve any issue . I was very impressed by the beautiful garden full of plants and by the smell of lavender and roses. I couldn't thank enough to all for the great holiday we had and I highly recommend Casa di Fiore to all my friends. We will come back for sure next year.
