I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The all-inclusive package was excellent – the food was varied and delicious, with options for all preferences, and the drinks were always available and of good quality. The private beach was a big advantage: clean, well-maintained, with comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space for all guests. It was the perfect place to relax and sunbathe, as well as to enjoy a peaceful swim in the sea. The hotel pool was also impeccable – clean, well-supervised, and with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help and respond quickly to any request. Very friendly, they always welcomed you with a smile, and communication was very easy since everyone spoke English well. They also made sure to keep everything clean, especially in the restaurant area. Cleanliness was of the highest standard, both in the rooms and in the common areas – everything was always neat and welcoming. Overall, it is a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and quality services. I will definitely return!

First and most of all, the amazing staff. Really friendly and helpful, going beyond and above every single day to provide us the guests with the best possible experience . Especially thanks to Gratsiela, despite her young age she is a true professional. Also really kind of her manager that took care of my laundry despite the short notice.The facilities are clean, food is good, pool is nice and the location is perfect.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and honestly we regretted that we booked such a short vacation. Everything was great. The rooms are huge, clean and modern. The food was good, everyday we had different types of courses, that were delicious per our taste. The fact that they have a pool and a SPA area with a jacuzzi is a big plus for families with children. The hotel is basically on the beach, but a minus point is that there is no beach bar. The personnel were polite, willing to help with everything. We definitely want to come back again here.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The lovely woman at the front desk organised for our room to be decorated beautifully. Another young man at the front desk helped us with all of our questions. All of the staff were amazing. Of all the hotels we stayed at, the staff here were the ones who made our trip the most special. We extended our trip to stay here another night. The food was varied and AMAZING! Communication was fantastic, everyone spoke at least English and many staff also spoke other languages. Would stay again.

“Warm welcome, clean and comfy room, tasty food”

We stayed one night in transit and had a lovely experience! Although check-in was at 15:00, the staff welcomed us with a smile and quickly arranged an early check-in around 11:00. The room was very clean, modern, and the bed super comfortable. Food was fresh and tasty, just what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Staff were kind and helpful. Great place for families with kids.

Perfect localisation. Hotel is very clean - room and the other spaces. Very beautiful decor in all hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Very taste breakfast. But the most important is the excellent, proffessional team: manager, reception, restaurat staff and of course cleaning personel. Everyone were very kind, smiled and helpful. “Perfect stay!”

Everything was lovely! The side sea view room was wonderful, the food was tasty and varied, and the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was the toilet, which made some unusual noises and felt a bit unstable during use — nothing major, but worth mentioning. Also, the toilet paper was quite thin, which seemed a bit wasteful. That said, the staff were consistently polite and attentive, and the pool area was clean and very enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!
