Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and I immediately felt comfortable and cared for. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to small details like complimentary toiletries by Rituals, a coffee station and a modern, well-stocked kitchen. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the atmosphere and the level of service. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy. I felt truly valued and relaxed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. I will definitely come back!

The staff of Bellafonte is super friendly. Always there to help you out. The hotel is located in front of the sea, spectacular view and very nice snorkelling spot.

Location was perfect and the hotel is very beautiful. The ocean view is amazing. The room was very nice with everything we needed. THe staff was very kind.

Location, view,.. absolutely perfect. Attentive, courteous and professional staff, who helped us find and book a variety of things, from hiring a car, booking a sunset cruise or our dinner with utmost efficiency. Our room had a well equipped kitchen as well as thoughtful extras such as an esky and beachbag with towels and water bottle. Also sunset Sangria and nibbles from the BBQ on the day of arrival was a welcome and delicious start of our holiday. Particularly enjoyed swimming and snorkeling to the reef straight from their marina, as well as the complimentary yoga session with Charlie as the sun rose! To top it off, as our flights meant we arrived early and left late, we were able to have our room early and get late check out. Even complimentary shuttle from and to the airport.

The check in was wonderful and my arrival experience was delighting. Entering the room with the relaxing rituals scent (i believe) was a nice experience. The room looks very nice as as well. The girls from the reception are phenomenal and accommodating. The happy hour was nicely put. The only minus point is that you are serving beverages in hard plastic instead of glass. But again understandable since its a pool area and we don't want to have broken glass where people walk bear feet. Yet beer/water was served in glass bottles and can become a safety issue if it falls and break. Now some points on why its hard for me to give a 5 start rating * bed is to soft. I woke op with back pain everyday of my stay. *missing many amenities in the room such as iron and iron board, toiletries such as, Qtips, shower cap etc. As a guest I don't want to be calling to borrow or ask for these items. They should come standard in the the room paying this rate. *the electric water heater is a hassle, there is no where to plug it in the kitchen area. *cabinets are stuffed with decoration pillows and ice jug. Not sure what they are doing there. *all bed pillows are firm. No choice of soft and firm *There is no ice machine. ( we are in the Caribbean hot weather) The receptionist went the extra mile and got some ice from the office but it was just a little bit. Yet there is a champagne bucket and nice glasses. But no ice to fill the bucket. * one day hskp came to clean the room but did not do the dishes (minding that it was only one cup, 1 plate and 2 knives) * the next day hskp came and knocked as should. I friendly asked her to come back in one hour as i was finishing some work in a online meeting. (Did not hang the DND ( do not disturb sign) cause that is also missing in the room. However after 15 min. She came back already and knocked again disturbing my meeting again *booked with booking.com for a reason, however credit card was already charged prior to arrival.

Exceptional location, best in Bonaire. Excellent service from the staff, helping out with everything we needed. The pier was amazing.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. This place is a little paradise and the staff is just perfect.

Spacious and clean appartment, very kind and helpful staff, private swim pier, complimentary yogalessons. Cleaning 6 days a week. Everything was super.

The happy hour on the Thursdays was a great idea to get to know the other guests staying at the hotel, the atmosphere was really good.
