“We got the rest we both needed.”

We booked a privacy apartment that had its own entrance well worth the money. The location was just outside of town within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. there was a pool but we did not use it preferring to use the beach.

Very friendly staff and well equipped kitchen. The room was very clean and modern. Every apartment also has a hammock outside which I really enjoyed :) Like the name suggests it, the place is really calm and relaxing. The outsides and the pool are very well taken care of, it's actually so nice just hanging in the hammock and enjoying the garden that you need to take care not to spend your whole time there chilling :)

Everything worked, supplies were appropriate and the hosts were friendly. It's a basic, simple vacation apartment in a good location with a small pool. This is not a hotel with any high level of service. Good value for Bonaire.

Secluded little oasis right next to the downtown core. Everything you could need on site, with the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. The B&B is within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, grocery markets and shops- making it an excellent location to explore the area on foot. The property was beautiful with canopies of palm trees that make you feel like you’re in an island paradise. It was easy to lose track of time while relaxing and unwinding on the patio. Our room was perfect for our needs, and I absolutely adored having the option to cook meals (and save left-overs) in the provided kitchen. The pool was an essential feature, which we took full advantage of each day, anytime we needed a break from the heat. You might even see a few iguanas that also enjoy their stay at Casa Trankilo greet you while you take a dip. Jan and Lia were wonderful hosts, who are willing to help you with any questions you may have. Their only concern is to make sure you’re having a great, relaxing vacation. As I endure this frosty January winter in Canada, I like to look back and fondly remember when this place was considered to be my home away from home

“Beautiful little paradise”

Beautiful property in loushius garden with swimming pool, large, clean comfortable rooms with wellworking air-conditioning. Our hosts Jan and Lia, were very accommodating, available 24/7, gave us many valuable tips regarding island attractions. We highly recommend this place!

“Small oasis of happiness”

This is a cost (8 apartments) very cost place with a swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. It comes with spacey bathroom and an outside kitchen (great idea in the tropics) where one can prepare simple meals. It located a short walk to the “center” of Kralendijk for an evening once cream or several restaurants. Lia and Jan are great hosts living in the small complex with an open door policy. You can get free snorkeling equipment, rent beach towels and get lots of useful information. A car is a must if you want to explore this small island. You can hire a car from the hosts. The place is strongly recommended.

We were picked up from the airport and because we were a bit hungry and everything was already closed Jan and Lia offered us some yoghurt with muesli and fresh fruit, which was exactly what we needed at that time. We made use of the breakfast service which is really worth it! You can choose a night before what and when you want it and it was so nice! Jan and Lia are really friendly people and always there to help you!

Pick up from the airport, lushious garden with pool and multiple seating areas, outside kitchen, spacious bathroom with good storage space, walking distance from the centre, though area very quiet, friendly/obliging staff.

Easy walk in to town, good restaurants very close and although close to the airport, not bothered by any noise, nice and quiet. Ideal for divers, Deluxe room with private garden was perfect for us.
