Joanna was so lovely, she came in and showed me the room, recommended activities, sights and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean, spacious and I had a lovely view from my room of the street below. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb however nothing too strenuous. I was there over Easter Weekend and didn't hear any noise in the evening with my window closed which surprised me as the location is 10/10 for everything and so close to the busy street. The location is on a street which is fairly quite but just off the main strip leading to the town centre. Nothing to complain about and I definitely cannot recommend enough!

The property itself is located in the centre of Kraków, in the Main Market Square. It’s close to everything — pubs, restaurants, and other attractions. The place is nicely designed, well furnished, and very clean, with no defects or signs of wear. From the moment you enter through the main entrance, you can feel a welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided in the room, along with a kettle and a small fridge, which is a real bonus.

The stay was excellent. I still can’t believe I found such a room next to the Old Town at such an affordable price, with all the amenities and comforts. Shower gels, body lotion, slippers, juice, and water were waiting in the room. Large umbrellas were available at the entrance for guests to use in case of rain. The hospitality was incredible. They even offered to let me stay until midday on the day of departure for my convenience. I have no words. Thank you for everything.

Great position for central Krakow! The owners were incredibly helpful, by giving us information regarding what to visit, a map to the city, and access to a book guide they had. They also very kindly assisted us during our stay.

I believe it could be better if they had shampoo and soap in the bathroom but it was excellent!

I really enjoyed the apartments, everything was clean, tidy, and beautiful. I especially appreciated the great communication and the warm attitude towards us. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were immediately accommodated, which was very nice. And when checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room, so we could enjoy another full day in Krakow without any worries. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
