Niebieski Art Hotel is a good 4 star hotel. the staff were kind, thge rooms were spaceous with comfortable beds, the design of the hotel were also good, catching. The breakfast were outsanding, the waitresses were super fast, the view from the windowwas also good. You can take a tram with 3 stops to the oldtown, but you can also walk on the riverside, it is closer than you think. I recommend it.

The staff is attentive and professional. The breakfast is varied and quite acceptable. The room is comfortable and clean. A beautifully organized New Year's banquet!!!

“Comfortable spa hotel by the river”
Very peaceful location by the river, yet an easy walk from Krakow old town. We enjoyed the river view from our room and the small but excellent spa/saunas very much. Very friendly staff and great choice of breakfast too.

“Great hotel and spa service”
The hotel room was really nice, clean, spacious and with very comfortable bed. The restaurant upstairs was also looking great and the included breakfast was rich and delicious. The spa facilities was great and very clean. The staff either on the hotel and the spa was very friendly, helpful and professional

The vanilla spa was excellent, me and my wife booked in for a couples massage and it was incredible. As was the quality of the food I ordered from room service. 😋
