Breakfast was good, although in a different hotel next door. Staff always friendly. We had issues in the room, 1 was rectified immediately, the other was rectified when we changed rooms.

The hotel does not match its claimed 4-star category. The furniture is worn, the floors are dirty, and the carpets — both in the rooms and in the corridors — are filthy and stained. No safe, no iron, no fridge. In 4 nights, the room was never cleaned once. Towels were not changed, toiletries were not restocked. The fitness centre is advertised but not operational. The lobby lights are constantly off — it feels like the hotel is cutting costs on every single light bulb, creating a depressing atmosphere. The most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff I have ever encountered.

“Good hotel not far from Krakow City centre”
Nice clean hotel. Lage guest room, warm and good. Location is not far from Krakow City centre. Take a local bus and after 15-20 min you are in Old town. We liked bus rides. Parking lot is not free but you can find also free parking possibilities. Breakfast was very good with large choice of food.
