“Lovely if you want to enjoy calmness rather than be in the city centre”
We came for Conan Gray concert and absolutely loved it. Location was only 15 minutes walking distance. Staff was nice

“Overall, a good option to stay if you are not interested in the old town. The location is somewhat remote.”
Nice spa and spacious room. There is playroom for kids (but it’s a windowless room, so not perfect, and a selection of toys is limited).

For the room first time was not ready for 3 persons. Second room better but no view. Beakfast was first time when I had to wait in line of the restaurant to get a table as it was full wih people, probably because there was only one restaurant for 2 hotels (including the Hampton Hilton).

“Luxury and relaxing.”
Excellent hotel with a very high standard of service. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and spa area everything was relaxing and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious.

“Poor location for Krakow center and spa facilities not heated up so where unusable.”
The management spoilt my stay with there responses and lack of customer service. The staff were great as you would expect, the food was exceptional from the restaurant. The gym amd spa facilities where not up to scratch for the money paid. The pool and hot tub was warm the first day and then cold there after. This was the only reason we choose this hotel otherwise we would have stayed in the centre of Krakow SO IF YOUR CONSIDERING THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE SPA -DONT..... AND IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU DIDNT TELL THEM IN TIME, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM WHILST STILL WET IN MY TOWEL ROBE.... then the old Third party booking (Booking.com do you have a refund policy) means we can't deal with your request, poor EXCUSES, so they don't need to compensate for the facilitie issue... they even tried to tell us that the hot tub had need to be emptied because of an issue that's why it was freezing..... this was at 11am and the whirl pool was also cold and unusable. I assume because this was the middle of the week they chose not to heat the pool, completely unacceptable I have responded to the messages sent and not had a response from the management since our return home a month ago.

Couldn't expect less. Everything was explained to me. Great breakfast, great swimming pool facilities, good receptions all around the place. Good dining room and staff . So close to the Tauron arena . Yummy bar :)
