“It’s a good place, but...”
Staff & Check-in: The reception staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly nice and exceptionally helpful. Since my flight arrived late at night, having a 24-hour reception was absolutely perfect and made the check-in seamless. Cleanliness: The room itself and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. Location: An excellent location! It is just a 5-minute walk to the center of Krakow, surrounded by plenty of wonderful cafes.

No elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. The shower holder in my room was broken, so the shower had to be hold by hand. Overall, not great value for the price.

a very good quality for this value of money good location very nice and friendly staff at the reception clean room and bathroom possiblity to leave your luggage before the check-in kitchen with lots of kitchenette you may need to prepare something to eat (there's even microwave and dishwasher) my room was quiet and clean I would definitely stay here again if they have free rooms

Helpful staff, available 24 hours which is great for late arrivals, simple clean rooms, quiet, great location-very close to train/bus station and Old Town. Very economical.
