You can stay together whole family and park a big car, of course with prior request. Personal was very kind and supportive. Room is big and light. Breakfast very delicious!

“Nice spot”
Nice spot, not far from the Wawel castle, but a bit of a walk to the centre (however the cat cafes are worth it), another nice thing - promenade is a nice spot to rest at and walk around. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to use their parking (with fee), though with small car much easier to park. Overall it was a nice place, and staff were friendly.

“Excellent Location for the Congress and a Very Comfortable Stay”
The location was perfect for me. I was attending a congress, and the venue was right across the street from the hotel, so commuting took no time at all. On the other hand, the room was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and I slept great every night.

Fantastic location just a short walk to the castle and square. Really friendly helpful staff and the rooms were clean at all times Definitely value for money and would stay again Very handy to have a 24/7 Carrefour next door too with a lovely cafe across the road and Vibes bar in the Raddison across the road also

Very accessible- near the bus stop to take to/from the airport, walkable to the old town and the Jewish quarter which is convenient if you like to walk.

“Comfortable stay and good location!”
Clean room and comfortable bed. Near old town, walkable. Bus to airport in front of hotel. Trams and bus stops also in front of hotels. Nice and friendly staffs. Did not get breakfast so cannot comment on this but it is available.
