quiet, beautifully located, staff are amazing and so kind, very helpful (view from shared area is 10/10) it’s far enough from ao nang to have peace but cloé enough to the beach to enjoy (15/20min to walk)

Complimentary breakfast and full kitchenette available to use. Location was more secluded, making the accommodation peaceful and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and easy to speak to. Everything was clean and the room was very spacious, equipped with good aircon and a fridge.

It feels like being at home, I loved the calm and quiet of the neighbourhood and the fantastic family staff. The view on the rocky walls are just beautiful

Loved how clean, eco friendly the premise is. Also the staff was friendly. From the entrance of Simple House, you can a massive limestone cliff. So magical. I would surely stay here if I’m to visit and stay for longer period of time. Perfectly worth for the price. They serve a ainple breakfast which is nice for early risers.

A little oasis of simplicity where you’ll spend a peaceful and calm few days. You will spend your time in a peaceful and beautiful place whilst still being close enough to the sea side and the center. The staff is 12/10 and the value you get for your money is incredible. Highly, highly recommend!

“So worth the money, lovely staff and spotless rooms.”

We arrived and the staff were so lovely and welcoming! The room was spotless (very basic and minimalistic but it had everything you needed). It was on a nice quiet road with a lovely view of the mountains. We had to check out at 6am the next day as we were going on a day trip and the staff got up for us to check us out which was so lovely. When we returned from our day trip we had an hours wait for our taxi, they let us have a shower and offered us aloe vera. Such lovely people! The price was amazing and so worth it.

Perfect location. Beautiful, quiet, amazing scenery of the mountains behind you. About 20 mins walk to the beach. Scooter rental close by and cheaper places to eat than near the beach. Best of all the staff were excellent. So kind and helpful. They did our laundry for us, a full basket for 100 baht. Free simple breakfast in the morning and the rooms were big with a massive fridge, good shower and good air con. All around this place is expensive resorts, so worth the money. Would 100% stay again.

I loved this place. The room decor was simple but very cool. The most amazing view. The bed sheets were the best i have ever slept in. I even had to ask where to buy it, it was so good.
