The Casino & Hotel ADMIRAL Kozina is a newly built complex right at the Kozina exit of the A1 motorway, close to the Italian border. It offers you air-conditioned rooms with free internet access. A big variety of à-la carté dishes and a buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant. The Admiral Casino is open 24 hours a day and features 200 gaming places. You can park your car for free on site. The Hrpelje-Kozina train station is close by.

“Ok if you like electric fruit machines or just want a cheapish stop off,”
It was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of free parking, we booked a suite and there was plenty of space. We paid for half board so got the evening meal. This was a starter and a choice of 2 main courses, neither of which sounded great so we asked if we could use the voucher for discount off anything else off the menu, we got told we could have “burger”. This was actually ok but it came with sweet potato fries not regular fries, ok but not great. The girls on reception were lovely and explained things well. We got a couple of free drinks while we were playing games in the Casino.

We are from New Zealand, and this was our first night in Slovenia. We were greeted by a young gentleman who was polite, very helpful for the night, and was a fantastic host. Unfortunately we can't recall his name to thank him personally. He and other staff were always attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, which was appreciated after a long drive. The food in the restaurant was well priced and delicious, with more than generous portions (we couldn't finish our plates). Breakfast in the morning was fresh and very tasty, with plenty of variety. We highly recommend staying here for the wonderful staff alone, let alone the facilities.

A warm welcome. A well equipped room and lovely shower. It was quiet and conveniently placed for bus, train and supermarkets. Good selection at breakfast too.

The accommodation is ok solid for the price you pay. A big plus is that we have Tesla fast chargers right behind the hotel and many shops nearby. Also free parking its big plus 💪

“Nice location just outside Italian border”
We chosen this place due to the location with the Tesla Supercharger. But was a nice surprise with good food and comfy bedroom.

“Handy night’s stay en-route from Postojna to Koper.”
The room was comfortable and had a small terrace. The restaurant was handy seeing that there wasn’t anything else in the immediate vicinity.
