Easy access from highway, late check-in allowed, beautiful house with top level cleanliness and amenities, helpful host(s). Close-by shop, coffee shop, gas station.

The house is very spacious, clean, and has a good yard. The weather was a bit cold but there was a good heating system in the house so everything was great. It's situated in a small village near Kozani. The place is very quiet and good for relaxation. Next to the house there is a football pitch so if you are with kids it's great to have some fun.

Beautiful home, in a quiet village with friendly people. Had all the facilities you could need in a holiday home. Metres from an excellent cafe.

The accommodation was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. It did everything we needed. From there we went to see the monasteries of Meteora and Kastoria. we spent the last day in Nympheo. The owner waited for us even though we arrived late in the evening, nothing was a problem.

The host was responsive and he responded very quickly to our questions. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need. For our short stay, we enjoyed the charming nature and tranquility.

A great place for a good and relaxing nights sleep. located at the edge of the village. Extremely clean and very quiet. All the essentials of a home for the kitchen. Good pillows -lots of blankets. Gorgeous flowers in the garden.

Nice, large and comfortable place far away from the noise. Great location near the highway. The rooms are huge which is important for families with two or more children. The villa is good in cold days as well - it has local heater.

Everything was amazing! The apartment is huge and beautiful and Kostas was very nice and welcoming!

The place is Clean and quiet . The host very pleasant. close to the town and unexpected the town he was wonderful and full of life .

“A villa at your disposal!”

We had a last minute booking, on our way to Patra. Kostas welcomed us in his house, which is a huge, indipendent villa. Plenty of space and fully equipped, unfortunately we only stayed one night. It is definitely a place that i would reccomend to friends and family. Good job Kosta!

“It was an excellent overnight stay after a day of driving.”

It was not with breakfast included. I used the location for transit to the south of Greece and it was what we needed.

The house is clean and tidy. The owner is friendly and ready to help. The absence of air-conditioning was not a problem at all. It was fresh, cool and the temperature was comfortable at night.

IT IS A BIG NICE VILLA, VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE KITCHEN, WIFI, BUT IT IS GOOD FOR 4 PEOPLE, THE FIFTH BED WAS SMALL AND NOT COMFORTABLE. THE OUNERS ARE NICE.

Kostas was very kind and accommodating host, easy to communicate with. His mum's cheese pie is delicious. Good location, close to the highway; nice and quiet small town, great for rest. The home is spacious and very clean.
