“Amazing stay in Kozani”

The host was very nice and helpful. He helped me get to the city, since the accommodation is slightly far, and there are not a lot of public transportation options, he was also attentive to my arrival and in general it was very pleasant communication. The place is very well equiped with hot water and AC, it is also in a very beautiful location.

“A useful stopover”

This studio is in an area just outside Kozani, to the north. Beware of following your Sat-Nav if it takes you through a gate into the university of West Macedonia's campus - the security guard will insist you turn around and exit promptly! If, however, you go round to the other end of the same road you can get to the studio easily. Our host had sent good directions and photos but he was expecting us and came in his car to escort us the rest of the way. The studio is in a small block and looks over woodland. There are 3 parking places outside but, if these are full, you can park on the roadside further up the hill, or near the bottom, where the road widens out. The studio contains all the essential in a very compact space: comfortable double bed (and an extra single sofa bed) 2 small tables and chairs and a kitchenette area with fridge (unfortunately the shelf for bottles had broken off and the salad drawer was missing), Baby Belling-type oven with electric rings on top, and the usual cutlery etc. Out the back of the studio is a pleasant balcony with table and chairs. We watched the sunset from here (and the stray dogs but they'd all disappeared next morning).

The entire place needs renovation. The humidity is apparent everywhere. The room is very narrow and you could only enter the double bed from one side. Shower was minimal, even for a normal size person

“Cosy little apartment with an amazing king size bed and fully equipped kitchen outside the city”

The communication was excellent, easy and direct instructions with photos to the property. Labels everywhere from the street to the door, free parking space outside and an amazing mattress on the bed. The apartment is fully equipped with sheets and linens, pillows, napkins , toilet paper, cleaning products and a fully equipped kitchen. The owners were very polite and friendly directly responding to texts. I loved it

The room was clean, the bathroom too, but everything is a little battered and not easy to appear clean. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

Clean, cozy, surrounded from trees and forest.In a nice and quite neighbourhood. Everything was in place and the smell of cleanliness when entering was number 1! Parking was provided as well. Thank you very much to the perfect hosts.Highly recommended!!

This is our second visit to the palce. There are many trees around the property. Quiet and peaceful place, has everything you need for your stay. Air is fresh and very clean. I definitely recommend it and will go there again if I have the chance.
