Love the house, it was just perfect. Such a beautiful garden and outside space. We had the best 10 days there, very safe for our kids. The villa provided us everything we needed and more! 100% would recommend and 100% would go back!

Beautiful back garden. Nice hot tub and lots of outdoor places to read and eat and enjoy the sun. Well supplied house. Near Aphrodite Hills resort to use gym etc. Host was very quick responding to questions.

“Holiday stay at Villa Pontus ⭐️”

My stay on Villa Pontus this summer has been incredible! It was everything you could have wanted staying away for a holiday. The neighbourhood was very peaceful, magical views, beautiful wildlife (even had a hedgehog visit!). The surreal sunset view from the poolside is something out of a book. House was fully stocked with everything one may need. Markus and Annie have made dreams come true. Recommending staying here would be an understatement. Loved how spacious the villa was everything you needed was there. We arrived quite late so had to do mad dash to a shop. But the host had left some treats for us. The outside area is excellent we spent alot of time in the pool and laying around on the loungers. The air conditioning was very much needed so great to have that The views are amazing especially at night in the hot tub!! Marcus was on the end of phone if needed help or advice about everything You do need a car to get to nearest shops and for getting about.

We enjoyed our stay at villa Pontus very much. It seems that the owners thought of everything that the tourist needs. Very clean, very beautiful and comfortable. Markus sent us the detailed instructions on villa facilities as well as other helpful recommendations. We' ll definitely come back ( next time in the summer or in autumn) to take also advantage of the swimming pool.

“Spectacular views in a comfortable villa in a quiet neighborhood”

The villa has an extraordinary view from the garden and terrace. The surroundings, at least in December, were very quiet. The garden is very beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped and the place is spacious and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, close to Paphos but also not that far from Limassol. A supermarket and some beaches are within a 10-minute drive. The owner is very attentive and was very quick to solve any problems.

We have been visiting Paphos and the surrounding areas for over 20 years now. This was our first time staying at Villa Pontus, Kouklia and won't be our last! From the excellent online welcome book, the beautifully furnished and well-equipped Villa, stunning gardens with ample furniture/pool/hot tub/bbq to our helpful hosts, Markus & Annie along with Diana who couldn't do enough for us. All three bedrooms are good sized and there is ample seating inside and out. We particularly loved the garden lit up at night, and stunning view of the sea by day. If you want a relaxing get away within a short drive of quiet village life and around a 20 minute drive of the busy tourist Kato Paphos area, we would highly recommend Villa Pontus. We would recommend shopping at PapaMichael Supermarket; the friendliest, most helpful supermarket I personally have ever shopped in. We would also recommend breakfast at The Meeting Place, Joanne's cooking is second to none! But the best for us was coffee on the Balcony at Villa Pontus watching the sunrise.

3 Bedrooms Detached House in Kouklia, Paphos.A house and is located in the western part of Kouklia village, near Pafos. The house consists of three bedrooms ...big pool and hot bath with nice view to the sea. Everything that You need in the kitchen for cooking. Very nice garden with roses and fruit trees.
