Quiet location, very quiet stay.

Peaceful location , private small pool and shared big pool ( but we were the only people there). Big room, with dining area and kitchen facilities and washing machine. Great help from staff and lovely dinners brought to our room.

“Excellent!!”

We stayed here for three nights in a cottage right on the beach. The manager and his wife were enthusiastic and very approachable. The cottage was wonderful, spacious, and all amenities were provided. There were sun loungers on the terrace; when you opened the gate, you had a view of the beach and the sea. The beach was clean and regularly cleaned. Since we were traveling around in our own tuk-tuk, we wanted to relax these days, and we were able to do so here in peace. The manager was able to prepare dinner for us, so we didn't have to leave the property; it was truly excellent. We look back on a few wonderful days here, and if we visit this region again in the future, we would definitely go back. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Very comfortable villa next to the beach. Rooms , furniture and appliances were modern. Caretaker Pradeep was very helpful. There were few restaurants near by we were pleasently suprised by how tasty the food was. Fresh seafood was available to buy from the fishermen in the beach.

They make everything possible for their guests and from what It looks like even keep the beach at the property (which was small if you look at the total rooms) clean

“Truly a little paradise in a very quiet location”

This place was perfectly placed at half way for us between Anurahdupura and Negombo. Not the right time of year for the beach but was very relaxing by the pool. Pradeep was lovely and so helpful. He cooked us a lovely breakfast. A beautiful property.

The beach villa was the best accommodation we had during our trip around Sri Lanka. The house is very comfortable, enough space for 6 people and great location at the beach. Pradeep and his wife were very welcoming and prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. All very tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. We highly recommend the beach villa and would come back.

“Rather ambivalent feelings”

The villa is amazing and very comfy. Great pool.

The house was really beautiful and we loved everything. We just stayed for one night, but I would come back. There is a big kitchen and two big bedrooms with really comfortable beds and airconditioning. The pool is also very lovely and the beach is directly behind the house. They even clean the beach behind the house. It also has an own entrance and it's super quiet, you only hear the waves. Everything was super clean!

Its location is special and truly authentic, as it is on the fishing beach where you can observe the fishermen pulling the nets and sorting their catch. I even helped release a turtle back to the sea after it had been caught in the fishing net. That was magical. The bungalows are extremely well-equipped inside. Outside, however they lack the furniture and the covered outside space for the shade and the rainy weather.

Martinez the manager was wonderful very attentive and helpful. We had a great relaxing stay. The chalet was very comfortable and everything worked. I highly recommend this property.

Pradeep and his wife were excellent hosts. Great little pool and very quiet. The food Pradeep cooked for us was excellent. Very relaxing and a good stop over on our journey from Negombo to Wilpattu.

We had a very pleasant stay at Nayan's Paradise, it was clean and we enjoyed a nice dinner down the road at a local restaurant. Thanks for a great stay.

Rooms were extremely clean, spacious and even we could do the laundry :) The best thing is that they allowed us to check out 2 hours later to be synced with the train we had to get in the Colombo main station an hour later. The contact through Whatsapp was flawless, always willing to help!

Beautiful room, beautiful garden, a nice little pool even. All quite clean. Pradeep, the caretaker, and his wife are very friendly and helpful, made us a delicious breakfast on both mornings. Martinez collected us from the train station with his tuktuk (chargable) and gave us a tour through our spacious bungalow and the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you could prepare some simple meals. Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk, and drinking water were provided which was very generous. There is a direct access to the beach where you can take endless walks, watch the fishermen haul in their nets, sort, weigh, pack and sell their catch. Very interesting - especially after about 4 pm and until dark.

We ended up here by accident because we had to make a stopover. However, we are very happy that this happened, because it was fantastic! we were taken care of by Pradeep and his wife. Super friendly people. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and the breakfast was delicious. If you are in the area; absolutely recommended! it is an undiscovered gem.

Simple, secluded and peaceful. Neither new nor flashy but it’s got everything you need to relax - and not many opportunities for any other activity close by. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to do laundry and prepare simple meals. Pradeep was exceptionally great host and helped us with transport, cooked for us in the evening and let us checked out late. Couldn’t ask for more. More food/drinks around and we could have stayed for a week!

Fantastic accomodation, Private location, Martinez is a fantastic host. Lovely food to your door or Pub Sira Beach House was fantastic.

“A true paradise!”

This place is a true little paradise! Martinez and his colleague looked after us very well, kindly upgrading us to a bigger bungalow with a kitchen as we were the only guests. The bungalow was perfectly clean and so were the pool and the rest of the grounds. The location is great with the property being right by the beach. We were even allowed to cut some coconuts out of the trees and enjoy fresh coconut water. They have a cook that can you provide you with meals, one evening we ordered a fish BBQ at the beach, which was fantastic! We can highly recommend Nayan’s Paradise!
