“Great place to stay in Kotor bay”

Amazing location: the house is located few meters from the sea, perfect spot. The house is spacious, big kitchen with everything you need, spacious living room and big bedroom. Everything was spotless. The terrace was amazing with a wonderful view. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent, right on the beachfront, with a nice terrace to enjoy a lemonade right in front of the house. Free parking near the apartment. The host is living nearby so it was easy to collect the key.

“Literally 5 steps away to the Sea and took my breath away”

Apartment is literally 5 steps away to the beach, it's crazy in a positive way. ;) It's also close to restaurants, one local shop (coming from the right side of the apartment facing the sea). A little anecdote was that the bathroom mirror is too high, needed to tip toe up(I guess Montenegrin people are really tall), but I guess it's fine. The mother of the apartment met me for the keys and payment. The apartment is in a long row of private houses which the locals have it rented for the summer season and small apartment villas, in a quieter area of Dobrota. I had a small walk in the morning and it rained, I didnt mind getting wet as there's not much rain where I lived. The scenery of the place is top-notch: it's so quiet, serene and the view is beyond spectacular. The owner added a little incense oil near the door and bathroom which gave off a relaxing, almost spa-like experience, I love it. Thanks Marina! HIghly recommended!

“Great host, beautiful location”

Marina, the host was exceptionally kind. She was brilliant. The location of Dobrota was stunning and the apartment was on the water, overlooking an incredible landscape. The sunsets were incredible. There is a breakfast place next doors and a couple of minutes down the road, an incredible Italian restaurant. Also there is a shop in walking distance for water and snacks.

Lovely little spot to sit and past the day

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils etc. The best part is the stunning location. It's in a quiet area with gorgeous views. Lovely restaurants and a shop nearby.

The hosts are just amazing. Property is as near the sea as it could be.

Perfect location!

“Superbe value for money”

Very comfortable and big apartment on the beach and coast. Perfectly clean and tidy, with spacious kitchen and separate room. It is just 3 min by car from city center but during the night perfect distance to walk to the city for a dinner. Though are restaurants around the apartment we spent the night in old city of Kotor, which is a heritage treasure, most valuable on the coast of Montenegro. We had everything we needed and park place for the car. Thanks to the owner for help.

“Excellent apartment directly on the beach”

Amazing apartment, very large and comfortable. Perfectly clean. Wi fi was fast we did work from home. Kids were delighted with the view and the room directly on the beach. We had free park place and the owner helped us with taxi and organisation of the tour of the city. Very large kitchen but no need for cooking there is couple restaurants around. Fully equipped with the view directly on sea and mountains and we had coffee on the terrace and wine and sunset on the beach. Wr fully recommend. It was short because we were through the way to going home, but in July we are coming back.

Fantastic location right on the water of the bay. The property had everything we needed for a memorable family holiday. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is approx. 2 miles walk into the old town if you want a busier atmosphere. We will be back again!

“Fantastic view”

Best view of Kotor bay in my opinion. Big apartment, private parking, hosts were really lovely and sweet. There is a washing machine in the apartment but I didnt use it. They have sunbeds for guest use. Area is so peaceful and you can watch local life. Price was great.
