“Nice place to stay”

The apartment is well-maintained and very clean. It is equipped with many useful amenities. A major advantage was the parking area, where it was easy to find a space for the car. The promenade and the beach can be reached on foot in few minutes.

“Great location”

The apartment is located in Dobrota, about a 20-minute walk from the center of Kotor and just 5 minutes from the seaside, where you can enjoy the beautiful Bay of Kotor in a quieter and more peaceful area. The apartment had all the basic amenities we needed, and the host was very friendly and helpful. A big advantage was the private parking space right next to the apartment, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a perfect stay in our comfortable studio. The studio was extremely clean and spacious. The shower was lovely. We appreciated the washing machine and a clothes hanger was provided. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was helpful and always available to answer questions on whatsapp. We did not have a balcony, which we knew when booking but the host kindly offered the table in the garden.. We loved the location, 2 minutes walk from a beach and 15-20 minutes from the old town. There was an excellent bakery around the corner and a large supermarket nearby. There was absolutely nothing to fault! I would not hesitate to stay again.

The location was great and the apartment was lovely. The host was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. The parking space was also very practical, which made our stay much easier. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony and being able to see the bay. As a family, we had a wonderful three days here and we absolutely loved Kotor. If we come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

“Recommend for the stay”

I stayed a few nights with a family and had a great experience. The apartment was very nice, the room was quite big, and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. There was everything we needed to prepare breakfast, and having a washing machine available was very convenient. The apartment also has private parking, which was a big advantage for us. Although we checked in a bit later than expected, the host gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us few recomendations where to have dinner and which places to visit

We stayed here for 2 weeks and there is nothing negative to say. The apartment was perfect - clean, fully equipped, bright and spacious. It is located just beside the sea and a few minutes walk from the old town which was ideal for us. Our host was so kind and attentive. Simply perfect! We would very highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect. Markets , restaurants are very close the location. And you can easily find a place to swim .The room was clean. We felt safe in the area. The host is very kind and helpful. If I came to Montenegro(Dobrota) again i would choose the same apartment again.

“Perfect stay!”

Perfectly clean and comfortable apartment. Clear check in instructions from the host who permitted an early check in and also allowed us to leave our bags with him for a few hours on the day of check out. He registers you as a tourist also, which is a legal requirement for accommodation hosts but not everyone in Kotor does it. The shower and washing machine were good, and the kitchenette has basic cooking facilities for preparing meals. The bed was comfortable, nice that both sides had a bedside lamp and a nice view of the mountain out the window. The location was a little outside of the busiest tourist part of Kotor which was lovely. Takes 20 minutes to walk into the centre.

“Wonderful place to stay in Kotor!”

If you are in Kotor with family, you have to stay here! The apartments are modern with all the facilities you need. It is right opposite the bay and offers scenic views from the apartment as well. The host is brilliant too and very helpful. We wanted to stay near the bay so it was ideal for us. If you want to go to the old town, then it is around 15-20 mins flat walk and mainly across the bay so you enjoy the scenic views whilst you walk.

Mr Dusan is very polite and tried to help us whenever we needed something. The place is also well located. I highly recommend here

“Wonderful stay in Kotor”

Everything was amazing! The view from the balcony is spectacular. Dusan was very kind and always there to help. we arrived very late, and he was very generous to pick us up from the bus station to the apartment :) The location was great. Only about 20 minutes walk to the old town, but there are also buses that take about 5 minutes (Blue Line). There's a lovely walk by the lake to the old town from the apartment it was breathtaking! There's also a bakery, pharmacy, and shops right across the road. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

“nice apartment with balcony and sea views”

Very nice, spacious balcony with sea view. Warm host. Nice extras like umbrellas provided, it was raining one evening and that was very helpful.

Great location close both to the beach and the main road with all the amenities required for a confortable stay without being "too close" to either. Comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Gem of an apartment”

First and foremost the location is fantastic! We chose the room with the view for the extra €5, well worth it! Great views over the harbour, which faces west so you get the afternoon sun. They provide a big fridge/freezer so we had chilled wine as we soaked up the sun and views. The room itself is perfect too - comfortable, good size, and spacious. Kitchen area included basic tea/coffee which was a perk.
