She paid the city tax, which was paid at the entrance, at the last minute and tourism office didn't take from us the city tax even if we say no problem. We waited too much.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Nada is a good and helpful host who keeps scarce unless needed in which case she is very available. Nice terrace, good aircon.

This hotel is located in a historic building on the top floor, offering a very clean and comfortable stay. A large room, extremely clean, as was the bathroom and the rest of the apartment. The terrace offers spectacular mountain views, and the location couldn't be better...in the heart of the old city. Communication was very easy with the friendly Mrs. Nada and the ladies who translated and checked me in. Highly recommended...

Nada's cat is the cutest! The balcony was nice to have breakfast in with a beautiful view. Checkin and tourist tax was easy. Very good bathroom facilities

“Brilliant find for decent price”

Lovely stay in old traditional sone house. Spacious room, extreme clean. I haven’t seen so clean and neat property even in the expensive luxurious hotels. Everything was provided just like home. Very very good property. The terrace was big bonus, and tbh I booked because of the outdoor space amid rooftops of old walled city. But I got more than I expected and is apriciatted.

My stay at Nada's Room with Terrace was exceptional! The hospitality here is outstanding, with the most wonderful hosts you could ever meet. They're incredibly helpful with everything from airport transfers to other requests, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The place is immaculately clean and well-maintained, and if I could give it more than five stars, I would give it 50 out of 10! The reality of staying here exceeded all expectations - it's truly a hidden gem with exceptional service and genuine care for guests that made my experience unforgettable.

Location of the room is really good. Since it is in the old town, everything is a walkable distance from the accommodation. The room is cozy and there is enough space, facilities are perfectly clean. And the most important thing, Nada si absolutely amazing. There are no words to describe here commitment to her guests having a good stay at her place. She is willing to make any kind of agreement and assist with whatever she can ♥️

Location is great, in the middle of it all in the old town! host is nice and friendly. Easy access to everything in Kotor. Water, tea and coffee available. Big bathroom and comfie beds.

“A lovely time!”

We loved the property and our stay! You can’t get a better location and a really nice spare room. Nada was really helpful and could see we were without mixer for our drinks on the first night so she even gave us some fizzy pop! The balcony was spacious and Pepe the pet cat was a delight, even though he might have snuck into our room one or twice haah. The cooking facilities did the job for making quick and easy meals like pastas and Salads. The room was clean and the air con worked. Really would recommend!

“Perfect”

Good location in the old city and only 10 min on foot to Kotor beach. The apartment is in a residential building where families live. It was very easy to find the little shop according to directions and we were shown to and around the apartment nearby the shop. The room is big with comfortable beds, just outside the door is a small kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment seems to be newly decorated and is really clean. The owner also lives in the apartment, in the room next door. We did not see or hear her at the apartment at all. The terrace is wonderful, with flowers, a table and chairs and has great views of the mountains and city roofs. It became hot in the mornings but is nothing but perfect for the afternoons and evenings. At night there is noise from the nearby bars, however this is to be expected when staying in the center and after midnight it is very quiet. We were able leave our luggage after checking out. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment. Got everything you need and very clean. Nice veranda. Sentral location in old town Kotor. Litle hard to find, but host was kind to help us there.
