It has a very good location. Very close to the everything, market, bus station, old town. Irina is so helpful and accommodating. She answers my queries without hesitation. The apartment was so clean and big. The bed was so comfortable. And there’s also free coffee and tea included. Internet was fast. I had a really nice stay in this apartment. 10/10!

Excellent hotel in a great area! We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to the host (Irina) she was very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

The apartment was just what we needed, in a quiet area close to the old town. The family lived in the building and were there if we needed help. Beautiful view out of the juliette balcony windows of the mountains.

Our host Irina was very friendly, the apartment was clean & comfortable. Kotor old town was a short walk away and we enjoyed the garden & mountain view from the living room.

The hotel was magnificent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even provided a transfer back to the airport, even though I didn’t pay extra for it. If you're staying in Kotor, you absolutely must stay here — you won't regret it. I'll definitely be back if I visit Kotor again. They picked me up from the airport and took care of my return trip as well. They truly go above and beyond to look after their guests

“Everything you need for a comfortable stay”

The hosts were very nice. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a longer stay. It’s in a quiet location, yet the old town, grocery stores, bakeries, etc., are just a few minutes away on foot.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Grgurević in Kotor and would highly recommend it. The apartment was bright, spotless, and very comfortable — everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchenette was fully functional, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home during our stay. The location is excellent, just 1km on foot along the sea from the beautiful and charming old town of Kotor, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. Parking was plentiful near the apartment. One of the highlights for us was the garden downstairs — such a lovely space to relax, and we even enjoyed playing volleyball there, which was a big hit with the whole family. A special mention to the hosts, who were truly great — welcoming, helpful, and always available if needed. They made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, location, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return.

The property location was brilliant with parking available which seemed to be difficult to find in Kotor. The room was huge with all the facilities you could need. Hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here.

The room and bathroom are pretty clean. Location is 10 mins walking distance from Old Town. Irina and her family are super nice. She helped us a lot with our trip, answered all of our questions. Thank you!
