We had a pleasant stay at The Luma Hotel. The hotel is true to the pictures, and the rooms and facilities looked exactly as advertised. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and service were great, and we enjoyed our time here.

The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the standard expected from your hotel. However, the atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant.

Super aesthetic space. Perfect for those who likes the out-of-the-usual hotel rooms and spaces. Perfectly and generously designed (except for the lifts lol). Nice location, above convenience shops and restaurants and cafes and quite a walkable distance to KK Times Square and Imago Mall.

I love the scent used throughout this hotel. I t smells so pleasant and comforting. The room was very clean and tidy, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also love the hotel's color combination; it creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. The lobby is beautiful and well-designed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Modern design but very comfortable

“LUMA Hotel - Beautiful and Convenient”

Direct parking in front of the hotel. Location wise nearby to a few malls all within 15 min drive. Room was really spacious. The bathroom fittings were all beautiful and of quality. Very clean hotel and beds were also very comfortable. Hotel slightly more expensive compared to the others in the area but it was worth the comfort we had.

Our upgraded room was great, spacious and with a very good bed. The restaurant is very good and has the most extensive and amazing winelist we've seen in a long time.

I really liked how thoughtful everything felt — the space was clean, cozy, and not too overwhelming, which made it so easy to just settle in with the kids. The design is simple but aesthetic, very calming after a long day out.
