Location and the facilities in the appartment I was also impressed with the way the host delt with problems. The drain was blocked for the shower and she arranged for it to be fixed early next day.

The management is great. Friendly, and helpful. Instruction is very clear. Great parking. Very futuristic. Clean interior. AC works great, cold like fridge. Very spacious. Can cook, heater functioning. Everything is in order.

“Amazing large apartment with true KK and seaviews, clean and new, all complete for a nice holiday!”
We liked the combined benefits from the stunning views over KK and the sea, the fantastic cleanliness, nice selection of furniture and kitchen set up, all well lit, and you could see that the apartment is relatively new and well maintained. The staff at the arrival area where nice and helpful, and the apartment owner was super nice, fast-responding on messages, and well-organized, as a true professional who really cared. After our day out on Christmas day we received a nice Christmas cake in our fridge, and also, daily fresh towels. Internet connection was good and fast for many devices. TV Netflix easy to sign in & use. Easy to call Grab, always arriving in 5 minutes. We are family with 2 grown up kids

Close to the airport and Tanjung Aru, and a short taxi ride to Jesselton Jetty. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had great facilities.

Comfortable, clean & spacious house. The owner Ms Wong & also her staff Ms Biby, both are friendly & helpful. They provide detailed instructions on how to retrieve access cards & check in, even sent text to check up on us if we have any trouble to check in or if there's any problem with the house. The house is spacious with 2 queen beds, 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & laundry area.

Pristine clean rooms. Big lovely apartment with a free water dispenser. Exceeded expecations. Blown away by the sunset view from the top floor. Note the airplane sound is indeed very loud but we didnt hear it after falling asleep.

Lovely apartment and a great distance from the airport! Sat on the roof in the evening looking out across the sea ☀️ Super clean! Nice rooms!
