“Nice spot to stay a few days”
Room was as advertised & comfy. Pool was nice but could’ve used some shaded spots to sit. Short walk to restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk to Tanjung Aru beach/night markets

A very disappointing experience. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before being allowed to enter our room. The service was extremely time-consuming and inefficient. We were told that there was only one housekeeping staff member and that the hotel was fully booked. However, the management should have anticipated the holiday season and hired temporary staff to help clean the rooms. This excuse is unreasonable, especially since the hotel is not that large. The staff member at the front desk, who was a large-built person, was rather rude in responding to guests. In addition, the swimming pool is quite small, and some of the pool facilities appear unsafe. My child suffered a cut on their foot while using the pool area. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and significant improvements are needed in both customer service and facility maintenance.

The walls seemed very thin, so the noise in the adjacent room was very annoying. Car parking was a real problem, the car park was full most of the time, meaning I had to park out on the street.

“Return viait 8 years later”
We stayed previously at this hotel in 2018. Rooms are a nice size, cupboard space is very big, bathroom is good and the coffee they give you in the rooms is amazing. The pool on the roof is very nice. The area is a nice quiet leafy area with some excellent kopitiams in walking distance so it’s more chilled than in the town centre which I prefer and Grab works great.

“Nice place but very poor services”
The location was very close both to the beach and city centre, the room was spacious and functional, the swimming pool clean and nice.
