“Loved”
L: Room was nice and clean, staff very responsive and proactive in asking if we needed anything, even before we had arrived to KK, they had made a group chat on whatsapp. The staff helped carry our luggages up. Asked for some more towels and an extra chair (because theres only one in the room and 2 of us), which they gladly provided for us. M: The accommodation also allowed us to store our luggage at their storage room after checkout since our flight was at night! We were going to book a separate bagdrop but ACJ offered this extremely helpful service for free! They even carried all our bags from the third floor to the bottom of the stairs ^_^!! I think they have been very communicative, considerate and friendly for the entire stay. Thank you so much!!

“Great choice in Kota Kinabalu”
Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Whatsapp support and service was outstanding. It all went smooth and the response was always immediate. We stayed here twice and booked this accommodation also because of its luggage storage service, which was great. Location was also good.

Fairly clean to begin with, had good aircon bed was good but uneven. There were supplies like coffee water and shampoo available if you needed. Small.shower head was good. Big one looked mouldy

“Luxury room.”
The room was exceptional, featuring a comfortable bed, high-quality sheets, and comfortable pillows. There is marble flooring from floor to ceiling. The shower is modern, spacious, and powerful. Communication with check-in and check-out was excellent. The location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk over the sky bridge to the waterfront.

“The accommodation is suitable for shorter stays. Room size is not large but is comfortable.”
The owners were very pro-active and responsive. Key pick up was straightforward with communications via WhatsApp. The entrance to the building is a little unpromising, but once in the areas managed by the owners, the accommodation is modern and seems well looked after.

“Recommended in Kota Kinabalu”
We had a very comfortable stay. Self check in and check out possible any time of the day. Staff is very responsive and available through WhatsApp at all times. The room was clean and looked nice. Walking distance from Waterfront and multiple supermarkets. All amenities are provided.
